The macOS release ships with post-quantum crypto (- + -), local-first encryption, and an optimized IPFS client for resilient decentralized storage. No plaintext leaves your device; the blockchain is used solely for subscription verification and referrals.

System Requirements
- macOS 12 Monterey or later (Apple Silicon recommended)
- 8 GB RAM recommended; 1 GB free disk for app + space for encrypted data
- Internet connectivity for sync and on-chain verification
Install & First-Run
- Download the appropriate
.dmg(Universal, ARM64, or x64). - Open the disk image and drag Bervice.app to Applications.
- On first launch, macOS Gatekeeper may prompt; click Open (app is notarized).
- Create your vault and securely store your recovery phrase offline (paper/steel, two locations).
- Optionally connect a wallet for subscription and referrals.
Prefer portable? Use the .zip: unzip and run Bervice.app.
